I General provisions
The Investment and Development Agency of Latvia (hereinafter - LIAA) is a governmental administration institution under the authority of the Minister for Economics. In order to fulfil the tasks identified by the LIAA, the LIAA shall establish and maintain an information system which is available on the www.startuplatvia.eu webpage.
